Orders received by 2PM will be processed on the same day.

Expedited Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer expedited shipping options for faster delivery. Please note that additional fees may apply for expedited shipping services.

In-Store Pickup: If you're local to our San Francisco store, you can choose the option to pick up your order in-store. We'll notify you via email once your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates and occasionally provide promotions or discounts on shipping fees.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout.

Return Policy
Sam's Engineering Solutions wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for refund or merchandise credit under the following terms and conditions:
30-Day Return Window:
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for eligible items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Item condition: Unless an item is being returned because it was damaged or defective upon receipt, item(s) to be returned under the following conditions:

New items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with tags attached.

Consignment items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped.
- Form of Payment:
For returned items, refunds will be issued by the original form of payment.
- In-Store Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase for consignment items and 90 days for new items with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Online Returns:

For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact us or email info@sesmarine.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include your original order number and reason for the return.

Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received.

Return shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser, except for damaged or defective goods.
- Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 10% (or the maximum amount permitted by state law, whichever is less) may be charged for items returned for reasons other than being damaged, defective, or shipped in error. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking items.
